REGOLAMENTO:
Il 14 e 15 Aprile 2022, dopo l’edizione 2021 che si è svolta online, ritorniamo in presenza con la VI edizione del Concorso RiminiSiDanza, con il patrocinio del Comune di Rimini e la collaborazione di Opes Emilia Romagna, aperta a tutte le Scuole, Associazioni e singoli danzatori. Con categorie amatoriali e professionali.

- RIMBORSI
– Nel caso in cui il numero delle coreografie risulti inferiore a 4, l’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di unificare o annullare la categoria.
– In caso di mancata partecipazione, le quote d’ iscrizione e i biglietti NON SARANNO IN NESSUN CASO RIMBORSABILI
– Sulla base cronologica di arrivo delle iscrizioni, l’organizzazione si avvale della facoltà di non accettare eventuali iscrizioni in esubero numerico.
– L’organizzazione si avvale della facoltà di annullare una sezione del Concorso o l’intera manifestazione qualora intervengano motivi di comprovata forza maggiore.
In tal caso le quote d’iscrizione saranno INTERAMENTE RIMBORSATE
- MUSICHE
I brani dovranno essere inviati via mail almeno 10 giorni prima del Concorso alla mail: musiche@riminisidanza.it
Ogni insegnante o referente dovrà comunque avere una copia musicale su chiavetta.
All’arrivo in Teatro, recarsi in Regia per verificare le tracce musicali.
E’ richiesta la presenza dell’insegnante / coreografo in Regia al momento dell’esibizione per tutte le categorie.
- PALCOSCENICO E LUCI
Le misure del palcoscenico sono 12 x 14
E’ vietato fare uso sul palco di acqua, borotalco, coriandoli, olio e qualsiasi materiale che ne possa compromettere temporaneamente l’agibilità previa eliminazione dal Concorso.
E’ ammesso l’utilizzo di materiale scenografico di facile e veloce posizionamento e rimozione.
– NON SONO CONSENTITE PROVE PALCO nella giornata del 14 Aprile (modern – jazz e contemporaneo)
– SONO CONSENTITE PROVE SPAZI, senza musica, nella giornata del 15 Aprile (classico / neoclassico)
– Per tutte le esibizioni sarà utilizzato un piazzato bianco
- CLASSIFICA E PREMIAZIONI
– Il giudizio della Giuria è inappellabile e insindacabile
– Il voto verrà espresso da 5 a 10 punti
– Il punteggio terrà conto di quattro parametri:
TECNICA, INTERPRETAZIONE, USO DELLO SPAZIO, MUSICALITA’
– I premi consisteranno in targhe, attestati e borse di studio assegnate dai Giurati e dall’ organizzazione.
– Verrà inoltre assegnato il Premio alla MIGLIOR COREOGRAFIA E MIGLIOR TALENTO
– Per evitare lunghe attese ai partecipanti, a seconda del numero di iscrizioni per ogni categoria, le premiazioni verranno effettuate al termine di una o due categorie.

- GIURIA
L’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di modificare la giuria in caso di assenza di uno dei giurati dovuta a cause indipendenti dalla volontà dell’organizzazione.
- LIBERATORIA
Il candidato autorizza l’organizzazione ad utilizzare la propria immagine a fini promozionali e divulgativi nel rispetto della normativa vigente.
Il materiale audiovisivo e fotografico sarà di proprietà esclusiva dell’organizzazione la quale ne potrà disporre a suo piacimento.
I partecipanti al Concorso rinunciano a qualsiasi diritto d’autore e non potranno avanzare pretese di alcun compenso. Tutti i dati personali raccolti saranno utilizzati unicamente a scopo organizzativo e in nessun caso ceduti a terzi.
- RESPONSABILITA’
L’organizzazione declina ogni responsabilità per danni alle persone o cose che dovesse accadere nel corso della manifestazione, siano gli stessi subiti o causati da persone che partecipano al Concorso.
Né per furto o smarrimento di oggetti lasciati incustoditi all’interno dei camerini o nei luoghi comuni del Teatro.
Le Scuole sono altresì responsabili del comportamento dei propri allievi rispetto a quelle che sono le direttive dello STAFF dell’organizzazione.
- ACCESSO AL TEATRO
Per l’ingresso in Teatro, sia platea che dietro le quinte e camerini, sia per il pubblico che per i partecipanti, si terrà conto delle leggi COVID 19 in vigore al momento del Concorso.
L’accesso ai camerini, palco, backstage, è stabilito dall’organizzazione in base all’ordine di esibizione, ed è consentito esclusivamente ai ballerini ed agli accompagnatori muniti di PASS. I PASS verranno ritirati direttamente all’accettazione in Teatro. L’ingresso a Teatro, previo acquisto di biglietto al costo di 10 euro, è consentito mezz’ora prima dell’inizio del Concorso. Le scuole / associazioni potranno ordinare via mail i biglietti e contestualmente effettuare il pagamento tramite bonifico bancario specificando nella CAUSALE: Biglietti Concorso. I biglietti verranno poi ritirati direttamente presso la biglietteria del Teatro il giorno stesso dal responsabile o direttore della scuola / associazione. I posti prenotati e pagati verranno assegnati dall’organizzazione nell’ordine di ricevimento del pagamento, mentre quelli acquistati il giorni stesso (se disponibili) verranno assegnati in biglietteria. Solo la platea sarà aperta al pubblico quindi i posti sono limitati.
Durante lo svolgimento della manifestazione è assolutamente vietato scattare fotografie ed effettuare video di alcun genere: non saranno ammessi fotografi, operatori per riprese private ne persone estranee non accreditate presso l’organizzazione, PENA L’ALLONTANAMENTO DAL TEATRO.
- Il/i partecipante/i, all’atto dell’iscrizione, accetta/no senza riserva tutti gli articoli del presente regolamento in ogni suo punto e contenuto e libera da qualsiasi forma l’organizzazione del Concorso.
- Per tutto quello che comprende il presente regolamento e per qualsiasi controversia sarà competente il Foro di Rimini.

The REASON must indicate: RSD22, name of School or Soloist, Category, Discipline.
- REFUNDS
– In the event that the number of choreographies is less than 4, the organization reserves the right to unify or cancel the category.
– In case of non-participation, the registration fees and tickets WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CASE
– On the chronological basis of the arrival of the registrations, the organization avails itself of the right not to accept any registrations in numerical redundancy.
– The organization avails itself of the right to cancel a section of the Competition or the entire event if there are reasons of proven force majeure.
In this case, the registration fees will be FULLY REFUNDED
- MUSIC
The pieces must be sent by email at least 10 days before the Competition to the email: musiche@riminisidanza.it
In any case, each teacher or contact person must have a musical copy on a stick.
Upon arrival at the Theater, go to the Direction to check the music tracks.
The presence of the teacher / choreographer in the Direction is required at the time of the performance for all categories.
- STAGE AND LIGHTS
The measures of the stage are 12 x 14
It is forbidden to use water, talcum powder, confetti, oil and any material that may temporarily compromise its viability on stage after elimination from the Competition.
The use of scenographic material that is easy and quick to place and remove is allowed.
– STAGE TRIALS ARE NOT ALLOWED on April 14th (modern – jazz and contemporary)
– SPACES TRIALS ARE ALLOWED, without music, on April 15th (classic / neoclassical)
– A white marker will be used for all performances
- RANKING AND AWARDS
– The Jury’s decision is final and unquestionable
– The vote will be expressed from 5 to 10 points
– The score will take into account four parameters:
TECHNIQUE, INTERPRETATION, USE OF SPACE, MUSICALITY
– The prizes will consist of plaques, certificates and scholarships awarded by the jurors and the organization.
– The Award will also be assigned to BEST CHOREOGRAPHY AND BEST TALENT
– To avoid long waits for the participants, depending on the number of entries for each category, the awards will be made at the end of one or two categories.

- JURY
The organization reserves the right to change the jury in the event of the absence of one of the jurors due to causes beyond the control of the organization.
- DISCLAIMER
The candidate authorizes the organization to use its image for promotional and dissemination purposes in the rinspection of current legislation.
The audiovisual and photographic material will be the exclusive property of the organization which will be able to dispose of it at will.
Participants in the Competition waive any copyright and will not be able to make claims for any compensation. All personal data collected will be used solely for organizational purposes and in no case transferred to third parties.
- RESPONSIBILITY
The organization declines all responsibility for damage to persons or property that may occur during the event, whether suffered or caused by people participating in the Competition.
Nor for theft or loss of objects left unattended inside the dressing rooms or in the common areas of the Theater.
The Schools are also responsible for the behavior of their students with respect to the directives of the organization’s STAFF.
- ACCESS TO THE THEATER
For admission to the theater, both in the stalls and behind the scenes and dressing rooms, both for the public and for the participants, the COVID 19 laws in force at the time of the Competition will be taken into account.
Access to the dressing rooms, stage, backstage, is established by the organization based on the order of performance, and is allowed only to dancers and accompanying persons with PASS. PASSES will be collected directly upon check-in at the Theater. Admission to the theater, upon purchase of a ticket at a cost of 10 euros, is allowed half an hour before the start of the competition. Schools / associations will be able to order tickets via email and at the same time make payment by bank transfer specifying in the REASON: Competition Tickets. IBAN: IT78F0899524212000000201315
Tickets will then be collected directly from the Theater box office on the same day by the school / association manager or director. The reserved and paid seats will be assigned by the organization in the order of receipt of payment, while those purchased on the same day (if available) will be assigned at the ticket office. Only the stalls will be open to the public so places are limited.
During the course of the event it is absolutely forbidden to take photographs and make videos of any kind: photographers, operators for private filming or strangers who are not accredited to the organization will not be allowed, PENALTY TO LEAVE THE THEATER.
The participant (s), upon registration, accepts without reserve all the articles of this regulation in all its points and contents and frees the organization of the Competition from any form.
The Court of Rimini will be competent for everything included in this regulation and for any controversy.
